The assembly on the left is a remote controllable or autonomous military field robot design.
The set up consists of 2 drive cubes with turnable wheel attachments, and a battery cube.

It allows 4WD drive, while keeping the number of needed cubes minimal.
This is an ideal setup for smaller cargo/injured personel transportation or a mobile platform for reconnaissance missions.
This trike version uses only one drive cube, and one battery cube.
The drivetrain is connected to the two tracks (caterpillar-tread), which enables skid steering. The third stand alone wheel is a freewheel, which only functions as a support for the vehicle.

This is one of the cheapest all terrain solutions of the system.

This third assembly uses the same parts, with a four wheel skid steering design. This means that the wheels don’t turn in this configuration, instead the various speed of the tracks on the two sides of the tractor enable the vehicle changes direction.

This set up consists of 4 drive cubes with track attachments, and 2 battery cubes.
It has double the power, and traction of the above presented configurations, because the battery capacity is also doubled.

Nevertheless because of the increased power consumption, the operation time stays very similar to the previous setups.
Another of the simplest solutions for difficult terrain also consist of just two cubes.
Like the previous version it utilizes one drive cube and one battery cube.
The distinctiveness of this version is that the drive cube is rotated by 90 degrees, in this way, the shaft outlet points downwards.
This enables it to connect to a double tracked platform. This version of skid steering is controlled by a clutch in the double tracked platform.

This solution on the left is a more complex version of the first assembly, with superior offroad capabilities.
This version consist of 4 battery cubes, and 6 drive cubes.
The drive cubes connect to a specially designed height-adjustable drive system.
The AC motor drivetrain of this combination can have a total rated max power of 240 kW.
It has a load carrying capacity of 5 tons (11.000 lbs) and can reach a towing capacity of more than 10 tons (22.000 lbs) depending on the properties of the terrain, which makes it for example an ideal workhorse for the transportation of the M777 Howitzer, which wights approximately 4,2 tons (9.300 lbs) and is used by several armies, including the U.S.
